Jiuchenggong Liquan Inscription is known as "the first monument in the world", and Zhao Han in Ming Dynasty regarded it as the first regular script in the world, enjoying the reputation of "extremely regular script". It is also one of the masterpieces of regular script advocated by Ou Yangxun, a great calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty.
The inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace was written by Kevin·Z, the prime minister who is famous for telling the truth, and by Ou Yangxun. In addition, Li Shimin in Zhenguan period was considered as a well-known era of peace and prosperity, so the inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace was also called the monument of one of the "Three Wonders".
Introduction to the main contents of Li Quanming in Jiucheng Palace: In the fifth year of Tang Zhenguan (63 1), Emperor Taizong ordered the restoration of Renshou Palace of Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, which was renamed Jiucheng Palace after expansion. The following year, Emperor Taizong came to Jiucheng Palace in summer. While visiting the palace, he met a clear spring. Emperor Taizong was very happy. Wei Zhi wrote an article and Ou Yangxun wrote a stone tablet. This is the inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace.
This tablet is in regular script, with 24 lines and 50 words each. The stele body and the prime minister of the stele body are integrated, and six twisted dragons are engraved on the head of the stele. The tablet is engraved with seal script and the words "Jiuchenggong Li Quanming", written in two lines. Its monument is white and sparse, its structure is rectangular, its stippling is simple and honest, and its pen is steady and subtle. The original monument was erected in linyou county Museum, Shaanxi Province.
Due to age and years of erosion, this monument has been scarred and seriously damaged. Since 1994, Mr. Ren Buwu, a calligrapher in China, has undertaken the restoration and addendum project. According to the textual research of Complete Tang Poetry, Ren Buwu has filled in the missing word 19, damaged word 39 and stripped word 180.

The inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace is not only a calligraphy inscription, but also records Li Shimin's exposition on how to govern the country when he was far away from Jiucheng Palace, which made people believe in the government and formulated the political strategy of "making great efforts to govern the country". The construction of Jiucheng Palace also reflects the architectural policy and design concept during Zhenguan period.
2 1 century, China's economic level and construction technology were beyond the reach of ancient times. However, there are many hidden dangers in urban construction, such as greed for perfection, obsession with foreign countries, seeking strangeness, lack of characteristics and cultural inheritance, which leads to the city following the trend and confusing its guiding ideology compared with others.
