Second, the second is planning. Make a detailed planning book, including the preliminary budget, the required office, and all the appliances such as pens, ink, paper, inkstone, felt, copybooks and so on. Of course, there are also preliminary staffing.
Third, have money. I wonder if the start-up capital school will approve it. This estimate will vary from school to school. Generally speaking, it's ok. As long as the plan is approved by the competent community and approved by the Ministry of Education, there should be no problem. However, in future operations, members will be charged social fees.
Fourth, the later work is propaganda work. Put up more posters, a lot of publicity, banners and so on, and then set up stalls to recruit members and charge reasonable social fees. Remember, the problem of funds must be clearly explained, and the use of social security fees collected should be announced to members within a certain period of time to make the accounts transparent.
Recruiting good members means that the book club organizes various activities by itself. For example, organizing members to practice calligraphy, giving lectures to teachers, calligraphy competitions, etc. are all activities arranged by your members according to their time.
These are some personal experiences. Out of love for calligraphy, let's work together. I hope your reading club will be held soon. You are the founder of your school reading club. This is also a good opportunity, not easy. Cherish the opportunity and listen to your good news.
