Integration of emotion, scenery and reason:
No matter whether lyrical or argumentative, the whole text never leaves the scenery on the river and the story of Red Cliff, forming the integration of emotion, scenery and reason. Throughout, the scenery runs through, with the wind and the moon as the main scenery, supplemented by mountains and water. The author grasps the wind and the moon to describe and discuss. The article is divided into three layers to express the author's complex and contradictory inner world:
First, write about boating on the river on a moonlit night, drinking and composing poems, so that people can immerse themselves in the beautiful scenery and forget the secular happy mood; From mourning the rise and fall of historical figures, I feel that life is short and changeable, so I fall into the depression of reality; Finally, the philosophy of change and invariance is expounded, and it is stated that human beings and all things exist forever, showing an optimistic attitude towards life.
Scenery writing, lyricism and reasoning are in perfect harmony.

Creation background:
The Poem on Red Wall was written in one of the most difficult periods of Su Shi's life: during his relegation to Huangzhou.
In the second year of Yuan Feng (179), Su Shi was accused of writing a poem "Slamming the Imperial Court", and was impeached by the Imperial censor and charged with slandering the Imperial Court for writing "Huzhou Xie Shang Biao". He was arrested and imprisoned, which is known in history as "Wutai Poetry Case". After being rescued by many parties, he was released in December of that year and demoted to Huangzhou Yong Ying Assistant, but he was not allowed to sign official business and go to the resettlement house without authorization. This is undoubtedly a kind of "semi-prisoner" controlled life.
In the fifth year of Yuanfeng, Su Shi toured Chibi twice on July 16th and October 15th, and wrote two poems on Chibi. Later generations called the first poem "Red Cliff Fu" and the second poem "After Red Cliff Fu".
Main idea of the article:
This poem describes what the author and his friends saw and felt when they went boating in Chibi on a moonlit night. Taking the author's subjective feelings as a clue, it reflects the author's happiness in boating on a moonlit night, his sadness in remembering the past and hurting the present, and his philosophical relief through the form of subject-object question and answer.
