The abbot, who meditates deeply, often seems very calm in the face of life and death choices. Being misunderstood and wronged, only ordinary people can draw their swords and stand up and fight. The ancients thought it was not brave enough. In the past, there was a saying, "endure a little anger and make great plans." And all this lies in the practical experience and the cultivation of will, which is determined by heart.
