In the spring of 28, the journal was led by a famous Hong Kong cultural figure, Oracle bone inscriptions scholar, expert in classics and history, calligrapher and seal engraver, and Mr. Zhang Peiyuan, a high-ranking scholar in Liang Piyun, and led his disciples and fellow villagers to make great efforts to reissue it. Mr. Zhang Peiyuan put forward the concept of "learning from calligraphy", taking the spirit of "promoting calligraphy and benefiting the forest" of Everbright Liang Piyun as his own responsibility, and changed the magazine "Calligraphy" from bimonthly to quarterly. While enriching the academic connotation, highlighting the characteristics of literature and academic journals, he strengthened the interaction with contemporary book circles, added columns, and expanded the original 8 pages to 28 pages, which gained academic recognition. The year of the re-publication (28), it was recognized in the online voting ceremony of calligraphy and painting (Shupu magazine was among the best), which showed the classic charm and immortal popularity, as well as Mr. Zhang Peiyuan's profound knowledge and leadership. Up to now, Liu Yanhu, Zhang Ruitu, Zhang Cao, Oracle Bone Inscriptions, Pan Zhulan, Seventeen Posts, Taiwan Province Calligraphy, Contemporary Calligraphy, Chu Suiliang and other albums have been published continuously in the quarterly book spectrum, which has shocked the contemporary book world. It has been published in more than 2 countries and regions, together with Chinese Calligraphy Newspaper, and is called "one of the important forces to promote the globalization of calligraphy in China".
Shupu magazine has a great influence on the contemporary revival and development of China's calligraphy and its overseas spread. It gave birth to the first calligraphy magazine in China after the founding of New China (Shanghai Calligraphy in 1977) and the final establishment of China Calligraphers Association (1981), which can be called the stone of the revival of contemporary calligraphy and the beginning of similar media. It is worth mentioning that since the resumption of publication, Mr. Zhang Peiyuan has adhered to the road of pure scholarship, put forward the concept of "thinking about people's way and learning to write a book's spectrum", devoted himself to building a palace-level academic journal, stuck to the solemn road and refused to sell pages, which is different from the habit of utilitarian supremacy. His elegant and noble style is in the same strain as the founder's classical feelings, and its significance has influenced contemporary culture and society across disciplines, so it has been highly praised.
Mr. Zhang Peiyuan, with the universal and high-end influence of Shupu magazine, extended his brand value in the field of education, and founded the "Hong Kong Shupu College" by his own efforts, teaching with six arts, such as "poetry, calligraphy, painting, piano, chess and epigraphy", and showing the wind sign of "a pure land on earth and an academic hall" in a high-profile way. Li Zhuo is above all others, such as hibiscus. Only a few months after the publication of the Enrollment Announcement, the first 3 calligraphy graduate students were recorded enthusiastically, which shows the aspiration of the people. Over time, it should be expected that Shupu magazine and Shupu College will make greater contributions to purifying the academic atmosphere.
