Calligrapher Wang Xizhi used a bad brush to practice calligraphy. People called it Bi Shan. When Wang Xizhi was young, he practiced calligraphy very hard. Because brushes and inkstones are often washed in this pool, the water in the small pool turns black, so people call this small pool "Mo Chi".

Wang Xizhi practiced calligraphy very hard, even eating and walking, and he really practiced all the time. Without pen and paper, he scratched on his body, and over time, his clothes were cut.
