Longxing temple Buddha statue boutique

From 65438 to 0996, more than 400 Buddhist statues unearthed in the cellar of longxing temple site spanned 500 years from the Northern Wei Dynasty to the Northern Song Dynasty. These statues have attracted great attention from all walks of life because of their large number, full variety, exquisite carving, bright and complete gold-plated paintings and large span. It was rated as "1996 Ten New Archaeological Discoveries in China" and "100 New Archaeological Discoveries in China in the 20th century", and was praised as "miracle in the history of Buddhist archaeology since the founding of the People's Republic of China" and "rewriting oriental art". Buddhist statues in longxing temple have been exhibited to museums at home and abroad for more than 50 times, and the number of exhibits is 1300, which has aroused great concern from the society. The Buddha statue of longxing temple in Qingzhou has become one of the three special exhibitions of cultural relics in China (the other two are the Terracotta Warriors and Horses in Xi 'an and the bronzes in Sanxingdui, Sichuan). Qingzhou History (Prehistoric-1840)

"The ancient princes facing the mountains and facing the sea, I believe in the first state in the East." The poems of Su Zhe, a great writer, made a comprehensive and pertinent summary of ancient Qingzhou. In this vast and rich land between Haidai and Daihai, human beings have been handed down from generation to generation, and the culture is endless. The museum shows the long history and splendid civilization of Qingzhou by displaying the outstanding cultural relics unearthed and handed down in different periods of Qingzhou. The whole exhibition is divided into eight parts in chronological order: prehistory, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, Qin and Han Dynasties, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties, Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties and Ming and Qing Dynasties. Each part is divided into several units according to the requirements of the exhibition. Strive to show the latest research results of Qingzhou history, highlight Qingzhou's position in the history of Shandong and even China, and meet the public's demand for visits to the maximum extent.

Han Meng Zhang Hua —— Cultural Relics Exhibition Unearthed from Han Tombs in Xiangshan

"Han Meng Zhang Hua-Exhibition of Cultural Relics Unearthed from the Han Tomb in Xiangshan" was held on National Day. The new exhibition shows more than 100 pieces of pottery, copper and iron unearthed in the burial pit of Xiangshan Han Tomb in 2006, which reveals the status and rank of the tomb owner through the cultural relics and reproduces the material and cultural life in the early Western Han Dynasty. After this upgrade, the exhibition route is more reasonable and smooth, with pictures and texts. Many cultural relics were exhibited for the first time after restoration, especially pottery chariots and horses, which reappeared the dignity of the tomb owner's journey before his death.

From June to August, 2006, a joint archaeological team composed of Shandong Institute of Archaeology, Weifang Museum and Qingzhou Museum conducted a rescue excavation of the tomb pit of Xiangshan Han Tomb at the northern foot of Xiangshan Mountain in Tanfang Town, Qingzhou City, and conducted archaeological drilling on the tomb and its surroundings. The excavation work cleared up more than 2,000 terracotta figures and pottery, and more than 2,000 bronze and iron weapons. Because of the well-preserved pottery and terracotta figures, it attracted great attention from all sides and was rated as one of the major archaeological discoveries in China in 2006. Since then, with the full support of National Cultural Heritage Administration and the strong appeal of experts on cultural relics protection, China Cultural Relics Research Institute, National Museum, Qin Shihuang Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum (National Cultural Heritage Administration Ceramic Sculpture Cultural Relics Protection Base) and Qingzhou Museum have jointly formulated a cultural relics protection plan.
