Reflections on the Innovation of Niu Xiao's Teacher physical education class in the New Period

Yu Wenzhong, Second Experimental Primary School, Wendeng District, Weihai City, Shandong Province

After listening to teacher Niu Xiao's speech, I deeply felt that this is an experienced teacher. She is good at thinking and willing to learn. Every case he told is something that happened to our teacher, so it can deeply touch our teacher's heart.

Let me talk about my understanding and some thoughts on teacher Niu Xiao's report.

What is a textbook? What are textbooks and what are the differences between them?

The so-called textbook means that in the teaching process, whether students can understand it or not, the textbook is told to students according to books. This is what we often call the traditional teaching method.

The use of teaching materials refers to the teaching content that is finally suitable for students through the selection, analysis and processing of teaching materials in the teaching process.

Second, the main problems existing in school physical education now.

1. Physical education teaching is arbitrary. Our present physical education teaching is very casual. Many times before class, we don't even know what to attend, let alone the unit plan and class plan.

Our textbook system is very poor. We don't have textbooks in physical education class now. That is, People's Education Publishing House published the Book for Physical Education Teachers, but it did not strictly classify the contents of physical education textbooks. The reason for doing this is an ideal idea: let our PE teachers choose teaching content according to their own teaching objectives and teaching materials according to their own school-based curriculum, but the ideal is full and the reality is very skinny. Many front-line physical education teachers have to attend more than 20 classes every week, and they have to train, exercise and undertake school chores. Therefore, it is difficult for primary school physical education teachers to undertake the task of compiling school-based curriculum, coupled with the lack of evaluation system for primary school physical education by superior leaders.

3. Physical condition of adolescents in China. Why did our students' physical health decline for 33 consecutive years?

Although there are many reasons for the decline of students' physique, paying too much attention to safety is an important reason for the decline of students' physique. Now, the superior has a veto power over the school's inspection safety, so the safety of physical education class is paramount. Therefore, as long as there are dangerous events, our PE teachers are afraid to teach. For example, because the school space is small, many schools let students queue up to run outside the campus. However, because a school student was hit by a vehicle during running exercise, causing students to be injured, off-campus running exercise became a ban. However, it is impossible for us to solve the present situation that the school stadium is very small. Running in situ has become the unique color of China, which is the sorrow of sports.

4. Why do students like sports? Don't like physical education class?

In fact, this is a difficult question to answer, but it is also easy to answer. The reason why it is a good answer is that students like sports, but they like to play. The amount and intensity of exercise are infinite, so they like sports very much. Physical education class, on the other hand, mainly teaches techniques and skills, especially some sports. Must reach a certain amount of exercise, a certain intensity of exercise, and even a certain standard. Students feel very tired and boring. Repeated teaching contents and methods make them feel boring, so they don't like physical education class. Then why do you say it's difficult to answer? A good physical education class is a complicated process, from top-level design to the implementation of governments at all levels, to the implementation of schools, to the allocation of PE teachers, the needs of families, the needs of society, and so on. As long as there is a problem in one link, it will be reflected in our physical education class.

Does it mean that we physical education class students find it hard to like it? The answer is no.

We all know that sports come from games. Therefore, in our physical education class, we can introduce games so that students can learn while playing. However, it should be noted that physical education class should not be regarded as a pure game class, so that students can play mainly, which loses the essence of physical education teaching. Let students better master the skills and techniques of physical education teaching in the process of playing. The real-life teaching method explained by teacher Niu Xiao is a good teaching method. It's just that our teacher should use it flexibly.

For example, the single technology migration and structural technology migration explained by teacher Niu Xiao. So how do we use it? For example, dribbling during the second grade, we can combine shooting and dribbling. We can set up a basket that moves up and down, and the basket can be bigger, so that students can easily throw the basket into the box after dribbling. Then we can compete in groups for three minutes to see who makes more layups, and then let the students discuss why they make more layups. At this time, students will find themselves dribbling well and running fast. Then you can ask the students: How can I make the ball run fast? Students can easily find a solution through discussion: hit the middle and upper part of the ball with their hands when dribbling. In this way, the problem of dribbling hitting point is well solved. In this way, dribbling, shooting and dribbling fractal have become structural technical teaching and achieved good teaching results.

In addition, it will be explained by teacher Niu Xiao. It is really an explanation and demonstration under the situation, which is very interesting.

The so-called explanation and demonstration in real situations means that when teachers teach a single technology, they should incorporate this technology into the whole technical system for analysis and teaching. Curriculum standards also require students to learn knowledge and skills in real scenes. For example, we can let students jump up from the basket to catch the ball and protect it well, and then observe the passing to their companions before and after. At this time, the companion should pay attention to running sideways, and the students who pass the ball should also pay attention to the advancement of the ball, and then pass the ball out, so that the companion can catch the ball and make a quick layup. Through the above exercises, students will come to the conclusion that the overall requirement is flat, straight and fast, which is the focus and difficulty of passing the ball in this class. As long as teachers grasp the key words of straight, fast, forward and sideways running, they can make the key points and difficulties of teaching very clear, which can be reflected in real situations.

Moreover, teacher Niu Xiao's classroom innovation also left a deep impression on us. He explained three games to us: playing ball to find friends; Pat the ball and play with silk scarves; Drill caves and jump ditches. These games effectively combine the coordination and reception of interest cough and stimulate students' interest in sports. These three games are divided into two levels, one is non-mobile skills and the other is learning mobile skills. The so-called learning of non-mobile skills means that students' activities are carried out in situ, while the learning of mobile skills means learning in the process of sports.
