Wang Jiankang of Tianjin Book Association died of illness. Wang Jiankang, a famous calligrapher, died at 3: 4 1 on February 23rd, 65438, at the age of 73. Wang Jiankang, born in Tianjin from 65438 to 0949, was influenced by his family since childhood and loved painting and calligraphy. He studied under Sun Boxiang, Ning Shulun and Zhang Enzhong. His works have been selected for many national, provincial and municipal exhibitions, published in newspapers and periodicals, and collected by many units and individuals at home and abroad. He used to be a member of Tianjin Calligraphy Association, director of Tianjin Calligraphy Education Association, vice chairman of Nankai District Calligraphy Association and director of Hexi District Calligraphy Association. Participate in the compilation of calligraphy textbooks for the first to fifth grades of primary schools of the Municipal Education Commission. After retirement, he devoted himself to the popularization and teaching of calligraphy and trained many calligraphy lovers.
