Yan, male, born in June of 197 1, graduated from Nanjing Art Institute, and is now a member of China Calligraphers Association and director of the Calligraphy Creation Research Office of Xuzhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
In 2000, he was awarded the "Bole Award for Artistic Talents" by the Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture.
200 1 was awarded the title of "Art Education Park Award" by the Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture.
In 2005, his calligraphy works won the gold medal in the second China Cup National Calligraphy Competition.
In 2006, his calligraphy works were selected as a large-scale series of China's foreign cultural exchanges in 2006, Ode to China.
