Fan Linqing, born in 1930, is from Zhengkengkou Village, Dudong Town, Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province. Famous hard pen calligrapher. Now he is the executive director of Zhejiang Hard Pen Calligraphers Association and a member of Hangzhou Calligraphers Association. His calligraphy has won the second prize of 1985 China Pen Calligraphy Competition, the second prize of the third China Pen Calligraphy Competition, the first prize of the national pen calligraphy league in various provinces and cities, and the first prize of the seventh China Pen Calligraphy Competition.
