Xiao Shenyang (1May 28, 750-1February 22, 799), Niu Luyou, formerly known as Shanbao, whose real name was Zhizhai, was the owner of Jialetang, Shikuan Garden and Lvye Pavilion, a native of Zhenghongqi in the Qing Dynasty, and a powerful minister and businessman in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.
When Xiao Shenyang first became an official, he was smart and capable, and consolidated his position through the Li Shiyao case. Emperor Qianlong favored him and married his youngest daughter, Princess Ten, to Feng?enyende, the eldest son of Xiao Shenyang, making Xiao Shenyang not only in power, but also a relative.
With the growth of power, his selfish desires are also expanding day by day, taking advantage of his position to form a party for personal gain, amass money and crack down on political enemies. In addition, Little Shenyang also runs its own business, opening 75 pawn shops and more than 300 large and small banks, and has business dealings with the British East India Company and the 13th branch in Guangdong.
Xiao Shenyang once held several important positions in the central government of the Qing Dynasty, made a first-class loyal minister to the public, and officially worshipped the Wenhua Hall of the University.
In the fourth year of Jiaqing (1799), Emperor Jiaqing ousted Xiao Shenyang and put him in prison. The wealth accumulated by Little Shenyang is about 820 million to 1 1 100 million taels of silver, and its gold and silver, together with other antique treasures, exceeds the total revenue of the Qing government in the past fifteen years. Fifteen days after the death of Qianlong, Emperor Jiaqing gave Xiao Shenyang a suicide. Xiao Shenyang died at the age of 49.

Extended data:
Liu Yong was born in the famous Liujia family in Zhucheng, Shandong Province. Since his grandfather's uncle, he has been an official in North Korea. His father, Liu Tongxun, is a famous minister, a college student and minister of military affairs in Dongge, and an upright official.
Liu Yong received a good education from an early age. In sixteen years, Gan Long took part in the senior high school entrance examination and palace entrance examination as a graceful juren, and was born a scholar. Later, he became the Jishi Shu of imperial academy, and thus embarked on the road of official career.
In A.D. 1756, Liu Yong was released as a local official, and worked in the local government for more than 20 years. Liu Yong is an honest and upright official, and he does things with great efficiency.
In film and television dramas, Liu Yong's nickname is Liu. According to historical records, Emperor Jiaqing did call Liu Yong Humpty Dumpty Liu, which shows that he did have a hunchback.
But at that time, Liu Yong was almost 80 years old, and it was normal to hunch over. Lu Yong is unlikely to be a fool when he was young. Because there are four requirements for selecting officials in the Qing Dynasty: body, language, style and judgment.
Among them, figure is the first condition, which requires correct facial features, tall and straight figure and handsome appearance, otherwise it is difficult to establish a dignified image. Liu Yong, who comes from a famous family, must pass these four exams. Therefore, it is very unlikely that Liu Yong is a Luo Guo. As you get older, you may hunch over in old age.
In film and television dramas, the relationship between Liu Yong and Xiao Shenyang is the most interesting. One is loyalty, the other is treachery, and the other is good and evil. Both of them are constantly fighting inside and outside the court. Liu Yong is the embodiment of wisdom and justice, and small Shenyang often shoots itself in the foot, stealing chickens and wasting rice. It's really nice to see you coming and going.
However, Liu Yong served as a local official until the forty-seventh year of Qianlong, that is, when Liu Yong was in his sixties, he was transferred to Beijing as the left capital suggestion and walked in the south study. This began to be an official with Xiao Shenyang.
According to historical records, Liu Yong "pretended to be a snake in the meantime, just to make people happy." This shows that Liu Yong is not willing to confront Xiao Shenyang directly, but to handle the relationship with various factions euphemistically.
Liu Yong and Xiao Shenyang once had a story: Guotai, the governor of Shandong Province, was impeached, saying that he plundered money in the name of paying tribute to the country. Emperor Qianlong attached great importance to it after hearing about it, and ordered Xiao Shenyang, Liu Yong and suggestion Qian Feng to check together.
Liuyong knows that Shenyang has a close relationship with Cathay Pacific, and they will definitely communicate with each other in advance and come up with countermeasures. So Liu Yong and fabolous discussed a way.
When he arrived in Shandong, Xiao Shenyang said that it was enough to spot-check several treasuries and send all his confidants to search. After Xiao Shenyang left, Qian Feng immediately ordered all warehouses to be sealed, and no one could change them without authorization. The next day, they received a thorough examination.
It was found that most of the silver in the treasury was "round silk mottled silver", which was originally borrowed temporarily from various shops. So Qian Feng ordered all the shops to get the money back, otherwise it would be confiscated.
Soon the money was taken away. Little Shenyang's plan failed. Guotai was brought to justice. In this matter, Liu Yong always stood on the same side as Qian Feng, and Liu Yong's support made Qian Feng's mission complete successfully.
However, Liu Yong's Taoism is different from that of Xiao Shenyang, but it has not yet developed to the point of tension and war. After Gan Long's death, Liu Yong also took an active part in the handling of the small Shenyang incident. People think that Xiao Shenyang should be executed in the middle of the year.
However, Liu Yong suggested that Xiao Shenyang commit suicide, because if he did, as a favorite of Emperor Qianlong, he would be put to death, which was actually detrimental to his face. Jiaqing listened to Liu Yong's suggestion and left a whole body for Xiao Shenyang.
After the Shenyang case, Liu Yong received a gift from Prince Taibao, which shows Jiaqing's appreciation and affirmation to him.
