I intend to keep the first homework that students start practicing Chinese characters. In contrast, middle school students see their own progress, and their enthusiasm for practicing calligraphy will increase day by day.
2. Tell a vivid story about celebrities practicing calligraphy.
In order to raise the students' sails, I often tell them stories about calligraphers' hard practice of calligraphy, such as the story of Wang Xizhi's using eight jars of water to practice calligraphy. Ou Yangxun slept beside the tablet for three days and nights, analyzing and trying to figure out the story of the inscription; Wen Zhiming's talent was dull, and he was almost kicked out of the examination room after having obtained the provincial examination because of his words. Later, he became angry and practiced calligraphy, and eventually became a story of a generation of calligraphy masters. These vivid stories have left a deep feeling in children's hearts. They will gradually understand that practicing calligraphy is sometimes hard and will fail, but perseverance and overcoming difficulties will lead to success.
3. Set up an example of catching up and surpassing that suits you
(1) Teacher's example. As a teacher, every word written on the blackboard should be standardized and beautiful. Because only when we write our own words well, let students envy them and let them imitate them, will they take writing seriously imperceptibly. Teachers' blackboard writing is not only to list the main content of the text, but also to show it and set an example for students.
(2) student role models. I set up a special exhibition platform for calligraphy works in the class wall newspaper, and regularly display the excellent writing works among students. This move will effectively stimulate children's desire to write, and they will practice very hard, hoping that their works will soon be on the wall.
(3) self-role model. Guide children to regularly publish their most satisfactory words written recently next to their seats, show them to everyone and urge themselves to ask themselves like this.
4. Get parents' encouragement

Writing posture directly affects children's writing ability and quality.

1. Grasp the "one inch".
Actually, the pen holding posture is the key to writing. Because the finger strength of primary school students, especially children in the lower grades, has not been fully developed, it is easier to hold the pen very low. In this way, if you want to see the words in the book clearly, you must lean your head forward and lean to the left, so there is no "one punch" and no "one foot", and the writing posture is naturally not "correct". Therefore, it takes time to guide every child to hold a pen well.
2. Cooperate in many ways and supervise.
It is necessary to change the concept that writing is not just the job of a Chinese teacher. Teachers and parents should be mobilized to urge children to sit upright and maintain correct writing posture every time they start writing. Only in this way can children really develop good habits.
Third, establish the consciousness that "raising a pen is the time to practice Chinese characters"
We often see that when students practice Chinese characters, it is one kind of writing, and when they do their homework, it is another kind of writing. Fourth, pay attention to the way of correcting writing assignments
The correction or evaluation of writing assignments directly affects students' interest and effectiveness in writing next time. Good handwriting is changed by the teacher bit by bit. How well the students write is directly reflected in the exercise book. If the writing skills taught by the teacher in class are separated from writing consolidation, correction and analysis, no matter how well the class is taught, it will be invalid. Especially, students in lower grades often have deviations in their understanding of glyphs and strokes, and may not be able to write in the way required by teachers.

1. Correcting is specific and targeted
If most students in the class can't write well, they must re-explain and re-write the whole class in order to standardize it. However, some students still can't understand, so mark his words with a red pen, and then demonstrate his writing to guide him to correct. This repetition can make students understand how to write. This fine batch and fine modification is of great benefit to the establishment of standard and beautiful fonts.
2. Pay attention to encouragement and praise in correcting
If a word is particularly well written and other words are not ideal, make a special mark on the best word to show affirmation and encouragement, so that students can discover the shortcomings of other words by themselves. If anyone's handwriting is standard and neat and beautiful, a red flag will be awarded and a star will be added to the cover of the Chinese book. There are prizes inside and outside the exercise books, which fully satisfy their personalities.
