Should China Calligraphy Day be established for calligraphy?

This problem should be aimed at the phenomenon that many people can't write, can't write well and forget to write when they use computers more and more frequently. As an art, calligraphy is less and less practical, but its artistry is greatly improved. So calligraphy and writing are two completely different concepts. There are still many people who study calligraphy now, and there are also many calligraphy competitions. From this perspective, the establishment of China Handwriting Day is of little significance to the general public, but it is feasible in the art circle. Of course, learning to write Chinese calligraphy can remind the public to write well and write well. In this sense, it is possible and necessary to establish China Handwriting Day. This is just my personal opinion. Don't spray if you don't like it
