Article 1 Beijing Calligraphers Association (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Calligraphers Association) is a professional people's organization composed of capital calligraphers under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is a bridge and link between the party and the government and the calligraphy circle, and a member of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China Calligraphers Association. The English name of Beijing Calligraphy Association is: Beijing Calligraphers Association, abbreviated as BCA.
Article 2 Under the guidance of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, the Beijing Book Association should study and practice Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the Party's basic line, adhere to the direction of literature and art serving the people and socialism, and implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend" and "making the past serve the present and bringing forth the new". Broadly unite calligraphers and seal engravers in the capital, strive to develop a socialist culture that faces modernization, the world, the future, the nation, science and the masses, prosper calligraphy in the capital, and strengthen the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.
Article 3 Associations shall abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various national laws and regulations, strengthen extensive contacts with all sectors of society, and carry out conference activities according to their own characteristics under the direct leadership of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
Second, the task
Article 4 This Association takes it as its duty to unite calligraphers and calligraphers as widely as possible and to prosper the cause of calligraphy. The association is responsible for liaison, coordination, service and business guidance to its members.
Fifth, in accordance with the requirements of virtue and art, strive to improve the ideological and moral quality, cultural literacy and professional level of painters and painters.
Article 6 Inherit and develop the fine tradition of calligraphy art in China, adhere to the correct development direction, and advocate the diversification of artistic forms, styles and schools. Carefully organize various calligraphy exhibitions or competitions such as "Beijing International Calligraphy Biennale" and "Beijing TV Grand Prix", as well as other awards activities. Vigorously promote calligraphy creation, carry out calligraphy theory research, organize academic exchanges, strengthen the editing and publishing of China Calligraphy and other publicity publications, strengthen the network construction of Beijing Calligraphers Association, promote calligraphy education, train calligraphy talents and expand the calligraphy team. Commend or reward outstanding group members and individual members.
Article 7 Pay attention to and support grass-roots calligraphy organizations and mass calligraphy activities, strengthen contacts with all walks of life through various means, and promote the popularization and improvement of calligraphy art. ..
Article 8 According to national policies, we should properly carry out calligraphy art business activities, strengthen infrastructure construction, strive to enhance the overall strength and sustainable development ability of the association, and create conditions for member services.
Article 9 Protect the legitimate rights and interests of members in accordance with relevant laws and the articles of association of this Association, and establish corresponding rights and interests protection organizations.
Article 10 Committed to the exchange of calligraphy with foreign countries, and strengthened the contacts, exchanges and exchanges with calligraphers' associations of various brother provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, as well as calligraphy art groups of overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Strengthen contact with foreign calligraphy organizations and calligraphers, enhance friendship with calligraphers all over the world, and make contributions to the cause of world peace and progress.
Third, members.
Article 11 People from all walks of life who have registered permanent residence in Beijing, bought houses in Beijing, lived in a fixed work unit for more than three years, and have made certain achievements in the field of calligraphy art have high ideological and cultural quality, meet the requirements for joining the association, agree to the articles of association, and meet one of the following conditions:
1, with a high creative level, participated in one big exhibition or two special exhibitions sponsored by our association;
2. He has made great achievements in theoretical research. He has published two calligraphy theory articles or theoretical monographs or papers in professional newspapers and periodicals in provinces and cities, and was selected into the calligraphy theory work conference organized by this association;
3, engaged in calligraphy education, editing and publishing or calligraphy organization for many years (more than five years), and made outstanding contributions;
4. Excellent graduates with formal undergraduate diploma of calligraphy major in institutions of higher learning have been selected for exhibitions organized by the Association or published two calligraphy theory articles in provincial and municipal newspapers; Those who have a formal degree or above in calligraphy and actively participate in the activities of this association.
Article 12 Applicants for membership must be introduced by two members, reviewed by the Association Liaison Department and approved by the Presidium before becoming members of the Association.
Thirteenth members have the right to vote and be elected, and have the right to supervise, criticize and make suggestions on the work of this association.
Fourteenth members should abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, complete the work entrusted by the association, safeguard the unity of the association and pay the membership fees on time.
Fifteenth members who seriously violate the articles of association or lose their civil rights and interests due to legal sanctions shall be suspended or cancelled with the approval of the presidium.
Sixteenth members have the freedom to quit the club. Members often don't participate in the activities organized by the club for no reason, and those who don't pay their dues for two consecutive years are regarded as voluntarily quitting the club.
Fourth, organization
Article 17 The highest authority of the Association is the members' congress. Members' congresses are held once every five years, and can be held in advance or postponed when necessary. When the Congress is not in session, the Council shall be elected by the Congress. When the Council is not in session, it shall be represented by the presidium.
Article 18 The presidium consists of a chairman, a permanent vice-chairman and several vice-chairmen. The Council shall have one Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretaries-General.
Article 19. The vice chairman of the Standing Committee presides over the daily work. During the term of office, in case of retirement or job change, his "resident" post will be replaced by his successor, and his vice-chairman will be retained until the term expires and will not be re-elected.
Article 20 The Council shall set up several special committees to carry out various activities.
Article 21 The honorary post established by the Association shall be appointed by the board of directors, and the honorary post shall no longer serve as a director.
Twenty-second incompetent members of the organization violate the laws and regulations of the state and the articles of association of this Association. If the members of the board of directors or above leave without reason or fail to attend the meeting for more than three times, they will be deemed to have voluntarily resigned, and will be adjusted, dismissed or even cancelled through democratic procedures.

Article 24 the termination of the activities of the association shall be decided by the board of directors through discussion.
