Our class culture construction serves for class management. 1. humanize class management and strive to create a harmonious atmosphere: decorate the classroom into a comprehensive place such as reading room, activity room, work exhibition room, learning garden and competition stage.
(1) Carefully arrange the wish wall and design it into the shape of the ocean, and each student's ideals, goals and wishes are written on a fish-shaped piece of paper, which means flying dreams in the ocean of knowledge, chasing waves in the ocean of knowledge and working hard to realize their dreams!
(2) Posting students' well-drawn works, handicrafts made by interest activity groups, beautiful calligraphy works, excellent exercises written by students, etc., makes students feel that I have carefully decorated not only the classroom with them, but also a warm home. In this way, students are willing to beautify the class with their own thoughts and love the environment of the class. (3) Establish a book corner, on the one hand, to provide students with sufficient material resources and a certain number of reference books for each course, on the other hand, to relieve students' pressure, to provide appropriate extracurricular reading materials, and to cultivate students' good habit of caring for books.
