Registration stage:
1. Instruct candidates to fill in the registration form correctly:
The name, gender, nationality, date of birth and the contents of the ID card (household registration book) should be consistent.
major application: fill in strictly according to the contents stipulated in the enrollment brochure (sketch, watercolor, gouache, soft pen calligraphy, China landscape painting, China flower-and-bird painting, China figure painting, sketch and hard pen calligraphy). Candidates who apply for children's paintings, please fill in "Sketch" when applying for majors.
original grade: it is required to fill in the grade obtained by this painting species, and paste a copy of the original grade certificate of this painting species on the back of the examination paper.
The registration form is used as the basis for printing the certificate, and the expenses for redoing the certificate due to wrong filling and illegible handwriting shall be borne by the candidates or test centers.
2. Collect the examination fee and three one-inch color photos with the same background at the same time when you receive the application form (one photo is posted on the application form and the admission ticket, and the name, painting type and grade are written on the back of the other photo, and then put it in your pocket for the certificate).
3. According to the registration form, the test center should fill in the admission ticket and statistical table, which should be counted separately according to the painting type and level, and forward the electronic version to the grading office.
4. Arrangement of test number: the test number is ***8 digits, the first, second and third digits are the serial numbers of each test center, the fourth and fifth digits are the subjects to be applied for, and the sixth, seventh and eighth digits are the registration numbers of candidates.
the serial number of the registered subject is: 1 sketch; 2 watercolor; 3 gouache; 4 calligraphy; 5 landscape; 6 flowers and birds; 7 characters; 8 sketch; 9 hard pen calligraphy; 11 cartoons; 12 children's paintings.
5. Arrange the examination room reasonably according to the number of applicants, painting species and level.
6. issue an admission ticket to the candidates.
Special note: All candidates who apply for CET-6 or above will apply for the exam step by step on the basis of having obtained the same subject level.
