Article 19 of China's "People's Republic of China (PRC) Inheritance Law" clearly stipulates that "the will shall reserve the necessary share of inheritance for the heirs who lack the ability to work and have no source of income." Therefore, when notaries notarize wills, they will definitely know the basic information of the heirs in detail. If it is confirmed that there are minors, disabled people or mental patients, the notary will definitely remind the testator to leave them an inheritance in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the inheritance law. Generally, notarized wills will not be offset by inheritance law. If the will is written by the testator himself, even if the share to be reserved is not mentioned in the will, the contents of the will will be executed together with the contents stipulated in the inheritance law when inheriting.
