IV. Exam
The exam is divided into written examination, skills test and interview.
(1) Written test
1. The content of the written test for accounting, auditing, and canteen management positions is basic knowledge of the company.
2. The content of the written examination for other positions includes two parts: educational theory (accounting for 20%) and subject professional knowledge (accounting for 80%). Educational theories include pedagogy, psychology and educational regulations. Subject professional knowledge content: ① Chinese, mathematics, English, Japanese, geography, biology, music, sports, art, information technology, kindergarten physical education, handball coach, track and field coach positions require high school and above corresponding subject knowledge; ② Secondary vocational school The positions of automotive engineering teachers, digital media technology teachers in secondary vocational schools, and network engineering teachers in secondary vocational schools require corresponding subject knowledge from secondary vocational schools and above; ③ kindergarten teacher positions require basic knowledge of early childhood education.
The written examination adopts a hundred-point system to calculate the candidates’ scores. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, a minimum passing score is set for the written examination, which is determined by the public recruitment department of the county public institutions based on the number of people recruited for the position and the results of the written examination.

(2) Skills test
All applicants for the positions of music, sports, art, kindergarten physical education, handball coach, and track and field coach will participate in the skills test. The content of the skill test in each subject is as follows:
Music subject skill test. The compulsory subjects are voice and piano, and the optional subjects are instrumental music (except keyboard instruments) or dance. Vocal music adopts the form of a cappella singing, which accounts for 35% of the skill test score, and piano accounts for 35% of the skill test score. The optional option is to choose one from instrumental music (except keyboard instruments) or dance, which accounts for 30% of the skill test score. Musicians of their own choice will bring their own instruments, dancers of their own choice will bring their own costumes, props and accompaniment music, as well as their own players (mobile phones are not allowed to be used as players). The repertoire of all exam items is customized.
Physical education and kindergarten physical education subject skills test. The compulsory items are long jump and basketball, each accounting for 35% of the skill test score; the optional items are martial arts or aerobics, and you choose one of them and the routine of your choice, accounting for 30% of the skill test score. All items are tested and graded in accordance with the rules of the Physical Education College Entrance Examination. If you choose to use optional equipment, you need to bring your own equipment. Those who need to use accompaniment music must bring their own players (mobile phones are not allowed to be used as players).
The content of the basketball test is the comprehensive technical part of the physical education college entrance examination. Test method: The test is conducted in one half of the standard venue. Applicants start from the midpoint outside the free throw circle behind the free throw line and start the timer; after reaching the free throw line, they make 5 consecutive shots and then grab rebounds. First dribble to the junction of the left (right) sideline and the center line, then turn back and dribble for a layup. Handball coach job skills test. The test items include handball throw, full-court attack, and return running. Examination and grading will be conducted in accordance with the College Entrance Examination rules.
Track and field coach job skills test. The test events are 100 meters, standing long jump, shot put and special events. Examination and grading will be conducted in accordance with the College Entrance Examination rules.

(3) Interview

The content of the trial lectures is based on current kindergarten textbooks. The trial lecture time is 38 minutes, of which the preparation time is 30 minutes, and the trial lecture time should not exceed 8 minutes.
3. Accounting, auditing, and canteen management positions adopt structured interviews, which mainly assess the basic qualities and professional abilities of candidates necessary for professional work. The interview time shall not exceed 10 minutes.

(4) Score Calculation
After the interview, the total exam score will be calculated proportionally using a percentage system. Written test scores, skills test scores, interview scores, and total exam scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off.
1. For positions in Chinese, Mathematics, English, Japanese, Geography, Biology, Automotive Engineering, Mathematics Media Technology, Network Engineering, and Information Technology, the written test scores account for 40% and the interview scores account for 60%. Overall score.

A minimum passing score is set for the interview, and only those who reach the passing score can enter the scope of inspection. If applicants for the same recruitment position are tied for total scores, the one with the higher interview score will be ranked first (for music, physical education, art, kindergarten physical education, handball coach, and track and field coach positions, the one with the higher skill test score will be ranked first. 5. Physical examination
Based on the total test scores of the candidates, from high scores to low scores, according to the ratio of 1:1.5 in the job recruitment plan, the candidates who enter the inspection scope will be determined, and the candidates will be selected according to the recruitment plan. Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive hospitals at or above the county level. 6. Public announcement and employment
For those candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination, they will be notified on the bulletin board on the Wulian County People’s Government website (www.wulian.gov.cn) The publicity period is 7 working days.
If there are any objections during the publicity period, the competent department of the recruiting unit will investigate and handle the matter in accordance with relevant regulations and make a conclusion. After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the employment, the positions will be selected independently in the recruitment positions according to the position recruitment plan and based on the total test scores from high to low scores, and the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The employing unit and the employed person shall sign an employment contract in accordance with regulations and establish the personnel relationship. Recruited personnel are subject to a service period system. The minimum service period is 5 years and a service agreement is signed.
