In 2003, he visited Singapore and Taiwan Province Province of China with the calligrapher delegation of the Ministry of Culture, and served as the deputy head.

In 2005, he visited Korea with a calligrapher delegation from the Ministry of Culture, and successfully held a Korean-Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition at Gwangju Art Museum in Korea.
