Taiyi saved the suffering Buddha and sat with the dragon. The world's earliest Taiyi Salvation Buddha statue was carved for the No.62 Salvation Buddha statue in the Kowloon niche of Xuanmiao Temple in Anyue, Sichuan in the 18th year of Kaiyuan in the Tang Dynasty (730). Taiyi Salvation Buddha has a backlight on his head, lotus flowers on his feet and Kowloon under the stage. It looks like a bodhisattva, with King Kong Lux on both sides. If there is no inscription, it is difficult for people to recognize it.
