Feixian County, affiliated to Linyi, Shandong Province, is located in the south-central part of Shandong Province, with an area of 1660. 1 km2 and a population of 850,000. It is the satellite city, back garden, water source, energy base and science and education center of Linyi, and it is also a part of Linyi urban planning area.
Feixian county has a long history. It was called Fei Yi in ancient times and changed to Guo Fei in the Warring States Period. Feixian County began in the Western Han Dynasty. It is the hometown of Yan Zhenqing, an outstanding calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty, and is known as "the land of sages". Modern times is the old revolutionary base area of Yimeng, where the well-known Yimeng Mountain minor was born.

Feixian county has a complex terrain, with mountains in the north, mountains in the west and south, and a relatively open plain in the east.
The county is above 75 meters above sea level, with the highest point at Mengshan in the north, with an altitude of 1026 meters, and the lowest point at Shanshuikou between Wanggou Town and Linyi, with an altitude of 75.3 meters. Generally, the elevation of the plain is 75 ~ 100 m, the elevation of the autumn ridge is 100 ~ 200 m, and the elevation of the mountain is more than 200 m.

Feixian has a temperate monsoon climate with four distinct seasons and abundant sunshine.
