No subject competitions for students are allowed in primary schools. Without the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, education administrative departments and schools shall not organize all kinds of provincial competitions for primary and secondary school students without authorization, nor shall they organize or mobilize primary and secondary school students to participate in social organizations such as non-academic education institutions, and hold all kinds of disciplinary competitions in the name of summer (winter) camp.
All kinds of competitions approved by the Provincial Department of Education must follow the principle of voluntary participation of schools and students. No unit or individual may force schools and students to participate in competitions in any name. All kinds of competition activities are not allowed to collect activity fees, registration fees or other various fees, and they are not allowed to sell or disguise related materials, books or school supplies, and are not allowed to promote or sell on a commission basis. Any competition results shall not be linked to further studies, and you shall not enjoy extra points in the college entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination.
for the approved competition activities, the organizer shall not entrust any other organization or unit to organize the competition. The organizer of the competition must submit the relevant notice or implementation plan to the Basic Education Department of the Provincial Education Department for review one week in advance before launching the competition activities. The Education Department will guide the competition activities. Anyone who fails to implement the original approval plan in actual operation (such as expanding the scope of the competition, charging fees, designating books, selling goods, etc.) will be given to informed criticism once verified.
