Tianshunchang, Daixian County, Shanxi Province, has a history of more than 300 years. It is an old-fashioned traditional craftsman class in China, which integrates ancient architecture, painting and clay sculpture. Sun (1896- 197 1), a master of Tianshunchang in modern times, was a studious man. He was the first to attack calligraphy, especially the sculptures of Tianning Temple and the murals of Zhenwu Temple. Liang Liye (1939-2007) 1958 graduated from Beijing Arts and Crafts School, and studied under Sun. After the Third Plenary Session, Tianshunchang was revived according to the teacher's instructions, and made sculptures and paintings for nearly 100 temples and tourist attractions across the country, which can be called "sculptures and paintings". He converted to Buddhism in his later years and died in early 2007.
Liang Liye's disciples Hu Huatai and Qin are the third generation descendants of Shunchang the day after the founding of New China.
