He is the great-grandson of the nephew of Empress Dowager Cixi in Qing Dynasty and the grandson of Yehnara Ceng Xi. He is the only Manchu-Chinese bilingual calligraphy inheritor of the Royal Pavilion in China. He is known as "the only representative of China at present", a famous royal Manchu-Chinese bilingual calligrapher in China, a historian, writer, cultural relic connoisseur and collector in the Qing Dynasty. He is now the vice president and academician of the Central Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
