Hao Zengqi (word Cijing), word Jiu Hao, was a modern sage (now Jinzhou City). Guangxu Gengzi (Guangxu 26th year 1900) in Qing Dynasty was a gifted scholar who passed the imperial examination and was sent to Shaowu, Luoyang and other places in Henan as a magistrate. After the Xinhai Incident, he was appointed as the county magistrate, and Hao was hired as the governor of Jiangyin County and Baoshan County in Jiangsu Province. Later, he retired to Jinxian (Jinzhou City) and became a sage. He once opened a Yifa store in Xiguan Old Street in the city, dealing in mountain products and Pizhang.
Mr Cijing is good at calligraphy, and his calligraphy originated from the European god Liu Zhen. His strokes are full, his fonts are well-proportioned and arranged properly. He likes to write couplets, but Zhu Bailu's housekeeping motto, nave, is the most famous. His calligraphy and painting are very famous in Jinxian City, and every household has them. Although most of them have been damaged, they still exist in the world. Cijing was enfeoffed under the name of Wen Jincheng in calligraphy, and once won a song "Wu Huan leads all Wang Yin" by villagers. This is of great historical value to textual research on the history of a few Xianbei people and Wuhuan people in ancient Northeast China. After the publication, it was collected by the famous calligrapher's family portrait, Jia Jia and Hu Songnian, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Dongguan, Jinxian County. Hao Zengyou, the younger brother of Mr. Ci Jing (word You 'an, the champion of Guangxu Wuzike 1888, awarded to Yuan Wailang of the Ministry of Industry of the Hanlin Academy), once wrote "Wu Huan attracts many Wang Yinge" to record it.
