Why do some people go to work in good health and die after a few years of retirement?

The main people who die quickly are leaders and officials, and some are people who are not psychologically prepared to adapt to retirement at once. A few years before I retired, I started a soft landing. I planned what I would do after retirement in advance, eliminated some unhealthy lifestyles, cultivated some beneficial hobbies, formed regular living habits, adjusted my mentality, and tried to get rid of the bad habits of being impatient and easily angry. Look down on fame and fortune, be kind to others, eat healthily, eat more vegetarian food and less meat, exercise moderately, and work and rest on time. Friends who haven't seen me for a long time say that I don't look like a person in my 60 s, haha.

Life at work is regular and busy, just like clockwork, in a state of tension. Once retired, the rules are broken, most people become tired, the clockwork is loose, the energy is gone, and various physical problems are prone to occur.

Therefore, when people retire, they must pursue something. They must have something to do, such as painting, singing, writing, dancing, calligraphy and so on. And they can't live a dead wood, retire and lead a colorful life!

When you become an official, you have power, power, money, high above the masses. Retirement is unreasonable, like cliff, psychological discomfort, hiding at home, no hobbies. These people died within a few years of retirement. Leaders and ordinary people who are closely related to the masses have retired, with good mentality, good health and long life. I have been retired for more than 20 years, selling salted eggs every day, taking time off from work to sing bad poems, having something to do, living a regular life, drinking less and socializing less, and my health is better than before retirement. I am a department-level cadre, a senior economist and a sesame official. I have a good relationship with the masses at work, and I am psychologically balanced after retirement, thus prolonging my life.
