Appreciate Kang Youwei (1858- 1927), formerly known as Zuyi, whose real name is Guangsha, whose real name is Chang Su, a native of Nanhai County, Guangdong Province (now Nanhai City), a modern politician, thinker and educator. He was a representative of bourgeois reformism and actively promoted the Reform Movement of 1898. These two poems are Kang Youwei's ascent to the Great Wall of Wan Li, overlooking a long and magnificent pass, thinking about mountains and water, thinking about historical vicissitudes, feeling the decline of the country and the nation in danger, and expressing his nostalgia and realistic concern. Both poems are from the Great Wall of Qin and Han Dynasties, spanning ancient and modern times, recalling the past and arousing readers' meditation on history; It depicts the magnificent scenery of the Great Wall, with clouds on the peak, quiet air pressure, poor blue sea in the east and Yellow River in the west.
