Chen Xiaonan,/kloc-0, born in June 1959, was born in nanbu county, Sichuan. Bai Yan, a retrograde person, is currently an economist in Sichuan Branch of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, a visiting researcher at China School of Management, a senior member of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, a member of Sichuan Young Photographers Association, a special editor of Oriental Culture Tide magazine, and a painter at Emei Mountain Painting Academy in China.
