He not only has a deep study of medicine, but also has learned hundreds of classics and histories, and is also familiar with Buddhist scriptures. He has a noble medical ethics and is a model in the medical field. In the book "A Thousand Daughters Should Be Prescribed", he put forward the idea of "great doctors are sincere", which was regarded as the moral standard of medical practice by later generations. He advocated: "If there is a disease (disaster) to ask for help, you should not ask them whether they are rich or poor, whether they are friendly friends, whether they are ignorant or not, and whether they are equal. They are all like the thoughts of their loved ones. Don't worry about good and bad, protect your life. I am deeply saddened. I don't avoid day and night, cold and heat, hunger and thirst, fatigue, concentration on saving, and no intention to practice martial arts, so I can become a great doctor. " Later generations will call this doctor with noble medical ethics "Great Doctor".

When the prescription needed apricots, he told the patient that he didn't have to pay for them, but just exchanged a bucket of millet for a bucket of apricots. In this way, Xiaomi got apricots piled up in Man Cang, and when the disaster year came, he used them to help the poor.
