On a cold night, guests come to tea as wine, and the bamboo stove soup turns red at the beginning.
As usual, it is different to have plum blossoms before the window and the moon.
du lei (? —1227), Zi Ziye, No.1 Hill, was born in Nancheng (now Nancheng, Fuzhou, Jiangxi). In the Southern Song Dynasty, Ning Zong was the aide of Xu Guo, the pacifier of Huaidong, and Li Zong Baoqing died in the war in 1227. There is a chorus of poems with Dai Fugu, and The Whole Song Poetry records 16 poems and 13 sentences. "Cold Night" writes about the joy of visiting an old friend on a cold night.
The first two sentences are about the host and guest having a heart-to-heart talk indoors. The first sentence says that the guest visited late at night, and the host entertained him with tea instead of wine. It can be seen that the two are like-minded old friends, because old friends who are not like-minded will not visit on cold nights, and the host will not entertain guests with tea instead of wine. We all have the experience that the closer the relationship is, the more informal and casual it will be. The second sentence writes that two people are sitting by the fire and talking. At this time, the charcoal fire is red and the tea is boiling. Obviously, tea tasting is about to begin, and the conversation between friends will continue for a long time. What is most needed in a cold night is warmth, and the fire, hot tea and heart-to-heart conversation between friends can give both sides a feeling of warmth like spring. "Bamboo stove" refers to a stove with a bamboo woven shell. "Soup" means hot water or boiled water.
The last two sentences are discussed through the scenery outside the window. The bright moon in front of the window is the same as usual, but with the beautiful shadow of plum blossoms, the moonlight in front of the window is very different. Plum blossoms have many excellent qualities, such as elegance and chastity, and the most prominent one is that they are not afraid of the cold. In the winter when flowers are dying, there are still several plum blossoms blooming outside the window, which is certainly pleasing to the eye. These two comments actually contain praise for the guests. The implication is that my humble abode, as usual, will brighten the tent wall tonight because of the arrival of my old friend, who is as noble as plum blossom.
Bai Juyi wrote a suggestion to my friend liu: "there's a gleam of green in an old bottle, there's a stir of red in the quiet stove. There's a feeling of snow in the dusk outside, what about a cup of wine inside?? " He also writes about entertaining guests on a cold night, and it is very popular with readers. Compared with the two, there are many differences, white is the five musts and Du is the seven musts. White hospitality with wine, Du hospitality with tea; Bai only writes indoors, and Du also writes outdoor bright moon and plum blossom. Only when poetry writes its own unique place can it have long-term vitality.
