Basic introduction
798 was originally a key industrial project aided by the Soviet Union and designed and built in East Germany 7 18. It was built in 1952, and 1964 was split into several factories in April, of which 798 was one.
Since 2002, due to low rent, many artists' studios and contemporary art institutions began to gather in 798, and gradually formed an art community. The 798 Art District has a total area of more than 600,000 square meters, which can be roughly divided into six districts, among which the cultural institutions in the D and E districts on both sides of the 798 Road are the most concentrated.
Shougang Park, founded in 19 19, is a tourist attraction in Beijing. Shougang Park covers an area of 7 1.7 hectares (about 7 1.000 square meters), with a building scale of nearly 90,000 square meters.
