The flowers blooming on the road are worthy of the good times.

I hope you can cherish the most beautiful time and live up to the good times and beautiful years. In ancient poems, there is a saying that time flies by, and time is fleeting, which means that good times pass easily.

From Su Shi's "Three Poems about Flowers on Moshang".

"Three Poems on Flowers on Moshang" is a seven-character quatrain poem composed by Su Shi, a writer in the Northern Song Dynasty. The first song gives a general description of the Wu people's song "Flowers on Moshang". The second poem describes the scene of Princess Wu and Yue returning to Lin'an in spring. The third song laments the departure of King Wu and Yue to the Song Dynasty. The three poems eulogize the rise and fall of the Wuyue Dynasty in a tortuous way, with the nature of nostalgic chants of history, and lament the glory and wealth of the world, the fleeting clouds of fame and fortune, all like the grass sprouting and the flowers on the road, disappearing in the blink of an eye. The three poems have elegant language, profound meaning and sad poetic feeling.

Three Songs of Flowers on Moshang

When visiting Jiuxian Mountain, I heard the children’s song Flowers on Moshang. My father said, Princess Wuyue must return every spring. In Lin'an, the king wrote to his concubine and said: "The flowers are blooming on the road, so you can return home slowly." The Wu people used his language as a song, which was full of thoughts and sad. And his poems are despicable and wild, just like the clouds of Yi.

First one

The flowers on the road are blooming and butterflies are flying, and the country is still different from what it was in the past. The survivors have grown old several times, and the wandering girls have slowly returned home with long songs.

Second

Countless flowers are blooming on Moshang Mountain, and passers-by are vying to see the green flowers. If you want to stay in a dignified way, you can also teach and return slowly.

Third

The rich and noble grass appeared on the head during life, and the flowers on the romantic road after death. I have become the king of Chichi and went to Lu, but I still teach my concubine to return home slowly.
