Climbing Shouyang Mountain alone, the pines cover the sky
Green dew flows in the blue stream, pearls emerge from the mountain springs
Water birds play in the green lake, jade rabbits chase elk

The reason why Shouyang Mountain is famous must be related to Boyi and Shuqi.
Boyi and Shuqi are the two sons of the king of Guzhu Kingdom. After his father died, he ordered Shuqi to succeed him. Shuqi thought that Boyi was the eldest son and gave way to him, but Boyi believed that his father's orders could not be violated. , so he ran away, and Shu Qi also refused to succeed and fled. When King Wu defeated Zhou, he marched with the memorial tablet of King Wen in his chariot.
Boyi and Shuqi knocked on their horses and admonished him: "If my father dies but is not buried, and our love goes to war, can we call it filial piety? Is it true to kill the king with his ministers?" The guards wanted to kill him, but Jiang Taigong said: " This is a righteous man." The guards drove them away.
King Wu gathered eight hundred princes in Mengjin. After crossing the river, he sent troops to Muye. King Zhou of Yin sent 700,000 troops to resist. The slaves rebelled against Zhou in front of the battle array. King Zhou burned himself in Lutai, and the Shang Dynasty was destroyed. Boyi and Shuqi were ashamed to eat Zhou millet.
Then they lived in seclusion in Shouyang Mountain, picking weeds and eating them. A woman said: "Ziyi doesn't eat Zhou millet. This is also the Zhou vegetation." The two were ashamed and angry, and died of hunger strike. They were buried in Shouyang Mountain.
Bo Yi and Shu Qi were highly praised in the past dynasties and were called "Two Wise Men" and "Two Gentlemen". The general idea is that Boyi and Shuqi are the two sons of the king of Guzhu.
After the death of Lord Guzhu, the two were humble to each other and refused to accept the throne. Later, when he arrived in the Zhou Kingdom in Qishan, King Wu of Zhou was thirsty for talents and wanted to retain Boyi and Shuqi with high-ranking officials and generous salaries, but Boyi and Shuqi refused.
They stopped King Wu's army from attacking Zhou and admonished him to stop the war. But it was not adopted.
Later they came to Shouyang Mountain in Lone Bamboo Kingdom, which is today's Lanshan Mountain. They had no intention of eating Zhou millet but picked weeds and soon died of starvation in Shouyang Mountain.
Extended information: Shouyang Mountain is located at the intersection of Zhangjiatan Village and Gujiping Village, Lianfeng Town, 34 kilometers southeast of Weiyuan County, with an altitude between 2186-2509 meters. First of all, it is named after the sun shines first. It is known for its beauty and is a magnificent pearl on the ancient South Silk Road.
It is also famous throughout the country because Boyi and Shuqi, the two sons of the Guzhu King at the end of the Shang Dynasty and the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty, were buried here. Shouyang Mountain is located in the north of Lianfeng Mountain and echoes Lianfeng Mountain. There is a Shimen on the northwest side. It is named because the two rocks face each other east and west with a line in between, resembling a Shimen.
"Shimen Night Moon" is a local scene. There is a reservoir between the two cliffs with a capacity of more than 5 million cubic meters. It is an ideal water park.
Behind the reservoir is the fifteen-mile-long Tianjing Canyon. Here, steep cliffs stand upright, surrounded by four mountains, and the blue sky turns into a thin line. It is like being at the bottom of a well, and the terrain is like a well. The seams in the boards were opened by a big saw, so it is commonly known as Jiebangou in the local area. Tianjing Gorge has beautiful mountains and waters, just like a fairyland, and has 27 scenic spots with uncanny natural shapes.
Along the Shishili Kaijing Gallery, everywhere is full of strange, dangerous, strong, unique, clear, beautiful, secluded, quiet, ancient and wild tastes. If you go south from the county seat, you will at least reach Tianjing Gorge, which is about 20 kilometers away.

Shouyang Mountain is a famous peak on the northern slope of the Qinling Mountains, with an altitude of 2719.8 meters. It is located in Gengyu, Jiufeng Township, Zhouzhi County, 60 kilometers east of Xi'an and 30 kilometers west of Zhouzhi County. . The scenic area is dotted with cultural landscapes and dazzling natural landscapes. According to historical records, when the Shang Dynasty and Zhou Dynasty were at war, Boyi and Shuqi, the senior officials of the Shang Dynasty, failed to stop the army of King Wu of Zhou Dynasty, so they went south to live in seclusion in the mountains, picking weavers and eating them, but they did not eat Zhou millet. Every morning when the first ray of rising sun greets us, we sigh and say: "How wonderful and beautiful Shouyang Mountain is", hence the name Shouyang Mountain. After Boyi and Shuqi died in Shouyang Mountain, Confucianism respected them as sages, and Taoism respected them as Great Taibai God and Er Taibai God. 4. Poems about vegetation

Jingniang Gorge
The latter section is Jingniang Gorge, formerly known as the Three-Layer Gate. Later, it was renamed because of the story that Zhao Kuangyin sent Jingniang away thousands of miles away from the place. There are ruins of Jingniang's dressing table on the cliff on the left. The cliffs here hang high. If you take a boat into the valley and look up at the blue sky and the clear water, you will have the feeling that "the peaks are connected to the sky and the boat is traveling through the caves."
A message from Yunya
There is a rock under the cliff. It is said that Taizu of the Song Dynasty wrote an inscription here. There seems to be writing before the library was built, but it is no longer legible. According to historical records, when Zhao Kuangyin was young, he traveled around the world and passed through the Taihang Mountains. He wrote a poem called "Yongshuo" to express his feelings: "If I want to show my light spicy tart, thousands of mountains will be like fire. In a moment, I will go to the sky, chasing away the remaining stars." It is said that this poem "Que Yue" is the inscription written by Taizu of Song Dynasty here. 6. Poems about drumming
