The status of Gu Xun

Six thousand years ago, Banpo people created the prototype of inkstone, the oldest musical instrument in the world, while creating agricultural civilization. During the 6000-year history of China, elegant and beautiful timbre was called elegant music by the feudal emperors who were addicted to it, which prevailed in the court. However, in the long historical alternation, this ancient musical instrument lost its written records when it flowed into the people, and gradually turned from prosperity to decline. In the Ming Dynasty, it became a historical record preserved in ancient books.
