Origin: In the early days, Mr. Lu Xun thought literature and art were the beacon of national spirit, so he created a number of literary works in an attempt to expose people's sufferings and attract the attention of the medical community. Later, when the Great Revolution failed, he thought that his literary creation only awakened some young people and made them experience the mental pain like drunken shrimp at the dinner table. Therefore, he searched for more powerful fighting weapons and created a large number of essays known as "daggers" and "throwing guns", which directly exposed feudal culture and dark reality. However, the traditional literary concept looks down on prose. Since the beginning of his literary creation, Mr. Lu Xun has been besieged, insulted and reviled by reactionary and progressive literati. When Mr. Qu Qiubai was in Shanghai, he secretly met with Mr. Lu Xun, sorted out his essays, and wrote A Preface to Lu Xun's Miscellaneous Feeling, which spoke highly of the social significance and great value of his essays.
