Ingredients: 500g Chili noodles, spice powder, oil, salt, chicken essence, spiced powder, sesame, star anise and fennel.
Methods: 1. Pour Chili noodles into a container and add salt, chicken essence, spiced powder and sesame seeds.
2. Pour the oil in a hot pot, turn the hot oil to a small fire to enlarge the ingredients and star anise, and slowly stir-fry the fragrance.
3. Remove the seasoning, pour the oil into the Chili noodle container, pour it slowly and repeatedly.
After the chilli oil is cooled, it can be put in a glass container.
