Translation:? Jia Zheng said with a smile, "Which four words?" A diner said it was a legacy of the Seven Waters. Jia Zheng said, "Vulgar."
Interpretation of Qishui: The name of water originated from Qishan, Henan Province, China, and flowed into Weihe River.

Appreciation of The Legacy of Qi Shui:
In A Dream of Red Mansions 17- 18, Jia Zheng led the diners and Baoyu to visit the newly-built Grand View Garden. Jia Zheng used the word "vulgar" to deny the inscription of "Qi Shui Legacy" of one diner, and also used the word "vulgar" to deny another diner's "elegance with the garden".
A dream of red mansions pursues novelty and is unconventional. Cao Xueqin used Jia Zheng's mouth to expose the custom of the legacy of Qi Shui, and praised Jia Zheng's talent by hiding it without revealing it.
