Why was wine also called "Qu Sheng" and "Qu Xiucai" in the Tang Dynasty?

In the Tang Dynasty, wine was also called "Qu Sheng" and "Qu Xiucai". According to Zheng Gui's Biography of Tian Kai, Ye Fashan, a Taoist priest in the Tang Dynasty, lived in Zhen Xuan Temple. One day, more than a dozen officials came from North Korea. Everyone unbuckled their belts and prepared to stay and have a rest, and sit down and have a good drink.

Suddenly, a young man proudly walked in, calling himself "Qu Xiucai" and began to speak loudly, which was surprising. After a long time, the boy got up, spun like the wind and disappeared.

Ye Fashan thought it was a demon, and when Qusheng came again, he secretly hit it with a small sword.

Qusheng turned into a wine bottle filled with fine wine. The guests laughed and drank the wine, which was delicious. Later, people took "Qu Sheng" or "Qu Xiucai" as another name for wine.
