What's it like to be enlightened?

A Taoist should have a serious attitude, but this is not complete. He has a more free and easy side. How free and easy is it?

"If you were ice, you would release it." Spring has come and the weather is getting warmer and warmer. When the iceberg meets warm weather, it slowly melts and scatters, becoming a clear stream that moistens the earth.

We know that Confucius' students describe Confucius as "looking at nature, that is, being gentle". When they first saw him, everyone was afraid of him. When they are close to each other, they feel very warm and kind.

I'm willing to put it down, and I'm willing to release it if it's ice. The first sentence is about dignity and generosity of personality, and the second sentence is about elegance and generosity of mind. Not only that, a monk's words and deeds, every move, should also be very kind and honest, simple and not boastful.

Just like a stone, although there are good things like Baoyu or Jin Gangzuan hidden in it, others don't know that there is priceless treasure in it until it is cracked.

On the surface, it is just a rough stone. Or it's like an ugly piece of wood coated with plaster. I wonder if it will be the finest nanmu for carving or even the nobler and rarer Daphne family if the impurities on its outer layer are brushed off.

If you don't look, you can't see it at all. As for "broad-mindedness", it is a metaphor for the openness and emptiness of thought. A successful practitioner has a very clear and ethereal mind. Like a valley, it is empty. When you call in the valley, there will be an echo and the response is very sensitive.
