In my usual teaching work, my apprentice and I often use the lunch break to discuss and communicate and seek better teaching methods. Guide the apprentices in preparing lessons once a month to help them improve the organization of writing lesson plans. They have changed the old way of writing "teaching purpose" at the beginning and refined the "quality education goals" into knowledge teaching points, ability training points, moral education penetration points, etc. Small goals clarify the direction of teaching, save teaching time, and improve efficiency. At the end of the semester, the focus is on instructing apprentices on how to take review classes well, formulate review plans, and guide them in writing student messages and various summaries, so as to accumulate teaching experience in a timely manner to facilitate future work.

3. Participate in teaching and research activities.

First of all, we should take the lead in providing demonstration lessons in open classes in schools, carefully preparing them, and designing them to be as suitable for rural Chinese teaching as possible, so that students can gain something and learn from it. Listen to each apprentice's class at least once every two weeks, make timely and conscientious objective evaluations, and put forward constructive suggestions. The master and apprentice discuss together, improve and evaluate each other. In teaching and research activities, everyone can position themselves, take time, actively explore, and humbly ask for advice. As a master, I hand over my insights and experiences to my apprentices without reservation.

In short, in this year's work of mentoring apprentices, I strive to pass on the successful experience I have accumulated to the apprentices, and use some modern teaching ideas and civilized life concepts to influence them, so as to communicate with them. During the exchange, I also learned a lot from them, as the saying goes, "teaching teaches and teaches." Of course, it is inevitable that there will be unsatisfactory aspects in the work, and we sincerely ask the leaders to criticize and make corrections.
