Wen (whose real name is Qi, also known as Wen Hacha, about 812-about 866) was born in Taiyuan (now Qixian County, Shanxi Province), a poet and poet in the Tang Dynasty. Descendants of Wen Yanbo, Prime Minister of the early Tang Dynasty. His works and poems are called "arts and sciences" with Li Shangyin, and "Wen Wei" with Wei Zhuang in the history of ci, and he is regarded as the originator of Huajian Ci School.
He failed many exams, served as a lieutenant in Suixian and Fangcheng counties, and served as an official assistant in imperial academy. The style of writing is the same as that of Li Shangyin and Duan, ranking 16th, so it is called "Thirty-six Style". Today, there are more than 300 poems, including Wen Feiqing's Notes, which was collated by Gu in Qing Dynasty. There are more than 70 ci poems, which are included in Huajian Collection and Jin Quan Ci.
Bohemian, satirizing powerful people, with hatred at that time, so he fell and was frustrated all his life. He died at the end of Xian Tong, about sixty years old.

His "Hanging the Ancient" works have profound feelings, fresh charm and strong personality. His poems are mostly about women's boudoir, with delicate style, skillful language, beautiful and handsome. He is a representative writer of Huajian School and is known as the originator of Huajian School.
