Where did the phrase "cicadas are singing in the forest, and the palace mountain is more secluded" come from? Which dynasty was the poet who wrote this poem?

From "Into the Evil Stream" written by Liang Wang in the Southern Dynasties.

[Translation] The cicadas are singing, and the forest is getting quieter and quieter; Birds sing, and the mountains feel deeper.

[Appreciation] Motion and stillness are opposites in life, but sometimes they complement each other in works of art. This is a remote and inaccessible place, which is obviously very quiet for people who are tired of this world. However, if the mountains are really silent, it will only make people feel lifeless. These two sentences are about the tranquility of the mountain, but they do not lose the lively interest of nature. Therefore, it has become a famous sentence that has been circulated for a while. According to records, Emperor Wendi and Emperor Liang Yuandi laughed at this couplet many times, saying that it could not be restored. Wang Anshi, a poet in the Song Dynasty, also loved this poem very much, but he deliberately wrote an article to the contrary, saying that "a bird doesn't sing a mountain, it is more secluded". It's a matter of opinion.

[Original] What's so ordinary about a cabin? Empty water flows forever. Yin Xia produced the far axis, and Yang Jing came back. The cicadas are singing, and the Woods are particularly quiet; The singing of birds in the mountains is more beautiful than usual. This place is full of thoughts, and it has been sad for many years.
