You can't go against your will.

The narrow path is overgrown with vegetation, and the dew wet my clothes in the evening. It's not a pity that my clothes are wet. I just hope I won't go against my wish to retire.

Full text: beans are planted at the foot of Nanshan, and the grass is full of bean seedlings. ? Get up early in the morning to get rid of weeds, and come back with hoes in the moonlight at night. ? The narrow path covered with vegetation, the night dew wet my clothes. ? It's not a pity to get wet, but I hope it won't be against my will.

When beans are planted in the fields at the foot of Nanshan Mountain, the result is lush grass and sparse bean seedlings. Get up in the morning to hoe the ground, and carry a hoe in the moonlight at dusk. The narrow path was covered with vegetation, and the dew wet my clothes in the evening. It's not a pity that my clothes are wet. I just hope I won't go against my wish to retire.

Extended data:

This eight-sentence short chapter of "Planting beans in Nanshan" expresses profound ideological content in a small space of 40 words and describes the hardships of the poet after his seclusion. This poem is divided into two layers. The first four sentences are the first layer, which reflects the author's hard-working life and secretly uses Yang Yun's poems.

"Shannan grows beans and the grass is full of bean seedlings." These two sentences quoted Yang Yun's "the sky is blue and the mountains are blue, and the pollution is beyond treatment", which is an overall narrative of his works. He first pointed out that "beans" were cultivated, and then his work place was "under the South Mountain". Five common words describe things very clearly. After all, it is not surprising that poets are "less educated", born in a scholar and lack experience in farming.
