Panjin No.3 Plant usually includes Panjin Chemical Fertilizer Plant, Liaohe Oilfield Petrochemical Complex and Liaohe Oilfield Thermal Power Plant. Among them, Liaohe Oilfield Petrochemical Complex and Liaohe Oilfield Thermal Power Plant belong to Liaohe Oilfield.
