Seeing that the sun climbed out early again, the breeze beat against the window as promised, and the birds chirped outside the window, how could you meditate in the room?

It's nice to live in a place where communication is developed. I took out my mobile phone to discuss with my friends for a while, and soon decided to go hiking in Longwu Tea Village, where I could see Longjing tea with a history of 1200 years and climb mountains.

Longwu Tea Village, located in the west of Hangzhou, is the main producing area of Longjing tea. We take the ring expressway from Hangzhou Qiaosi East, which is more than half an hour's journey.

As soon as I entered Longwu, I obviously felt that the air was much fresher, and the wind blowing into the window became chilly. As the echo echoed on Chashan, I began to stand on the side of the road and observe carefully. There is only one road circling around the mountain. On the left side of the road is a big tea garden, which goes all the way to Chashan. Chashan is like an upside-down hat, narrow at the bottom and wide at the top; The tea trees on Chashan Mountain are not thick, but tiny and tightly packed, and the ridges are stepped, which is a bit like the Bagua Array laid by Zhuge Liang in those days, and goes up along the gentle slope. The tea tree is not high, and the tea pickers in twos and threes are only half hidden. The whole Chashan is well-regulated, and only a few tall trees suddenly jump out of the tea forest, which seems abrupt and unsociable, but they also stand in Chashan like sentries, shouldering the work of guarding; On the right side of the highway is the villagers' residence. Most of the buildings are 3 to 4 floors, which is enough for a big family to live together for generations. In front of the building is a big yard full of tables and chairs.

Visitors who arrive early have a leisurely cup of tea. The industrious proprietress shuttled between tables with a pot of boiling water, and her face was full of smiles. When she saw us coming, she rushed over enthusiastically. The kettle was too busy to put down, so she took us to her yard.

First, make tea and taste tea.

After taking a seat, cups of Longjing were placed in front of them. The proprietress introduced that this is authentic tea before the Ming Dynasty, which is more fragrant and tender than the tea on the tea tree now, and she began to brew it. Second, pick tea yourself.

After drinking tea, I can't stand the temptation of the opposite tea mountain. I want to see with my own eyes what Longjing that I drink in my mouth looks like when it grows on a tree. Pull up a few girls who are willing to pick tea and go straight to Chashan in the fog like a mysterious veil.

I didn't know the true face of Lushan Mountain until I walked to the front. The soil in Chashan is loose sand, not that kind of hard soil. According to the data, it is beneficial to the root system to absorb water, but it will not damage the root system because of too much water. Adult Longjing tea tree is more than half a person tall, just suitable for standing and picking. Women picking tea, some wearing straw hats, some wearing square towels and bamboo baskets, stand along a tea tree ridge, one on each side, each responsible for the area within their reach, and walk in parallel; While picking tea, chatting or singing a few folk songs will not be lonely, and it will also add a different kind of scenery to Chashan.

Watching them pick tea briskly, my hands itched, and I learned their appearance and joined the ranks of tea picking. But see, tea teeth are piled up with branches, not completely green, with a little light yellow, surrounded by fog, with some fine drops of water, really slim, should be the sentence: "The wind laughs outside the courtyard, the daughter of Longjing is unknown." I can't bear to touch them with my rough hands. I carefully picked them from the branches and put them in the basket. The movement is very slow, and it can't be compared with the tea pickers. From the conversation with the tea-picking girl, I learned that the tea period of spring tea is not long, and it usually ends from early March to mid-April. In this month or so, because of the abundant sunshine, moderate rainfall, rapid growth of tea teeth and good quality, they will pick tea on Chashan every day. Tea teeth must be picked within 2 days after they grow out, otherwise they will be much older and the quality will be much worse. People often say that "picking three days early is a treasure, and picking three days late is a natural grass." Good quality tea can be sold to 400 yuan for a kilo, and generally 5-6 kilos of new tea can be fried into a kilo of finished tea. Therefore, it is reasonable to sell the best tea for several thousand yuan a catty before tomorrow. After arriving in Grain Rain, tea picking became "Grain Rain tea, full of catching." At this point, the fresh leaves are in the thick and old. After picking the spring tea, they will cut off the top of the tea tree to prepare for the spring buds in the coming year. The tooth that comes out after cutting a piece is summer tooth, which is worthless, only one tenth of the price of spring tea. Listening to this while picking tea, I nodded frequently and felt that I was a qualified tea farmer.

Third, climb the mountain.

Adjacent to Chashan, which stretches for more than ten miles, is Xishan Forest Park, which consists of Dadou Mountain and Xiaodou Mountain. After picking tea and having lunch, we went climbing.

Entering the forest park, a long way is sandwiched between tall bamboo forests. Each bamboo is the size of a bowl, and its height exceeds 10 meter. Sunlight slanted down from the cracks in bamboo leaves, and there was no temperature, which made people suddenly want to add clothes. On both sides of the bamboo forest are gurgling mountain springs. The spring water is cool and sweet. Many tourists even connect mountain spring water with large plastic buckets, and there is a sign next to it that says, "Spring water is the main drinking water for villagers, please don't pollute it." At this moment, I suddenly realized that this excellent Longjing must be soaked in this natural spring, which is a perfect match. With ordinary water, the fragrance will definitely be much worse.

After walking in the bamboo forest for almost 20 minutes, I officially entered the mountain of Dadou Mountain. Bamboo is no longer the protagonist, replaced by some deciduous trees and shrubs, and some thick vines appear from time to time in the field of vision. When I first started climbing the mountain, the pace was still relatively fast. As the mountain becomes steeper, the mountain road becomes more and more rugged. When I climbed to two thirds, the soles of my feet had been punctured by gravel, and my thighs began to be as heavy as lead. When I'm panting, I feel like my throat is about to burst into flames. At this time, the bottle of Longjing tea that was turned out from the bag and poured out became more intimate, lovely, moist and delicious. Without the initial heat, it is warm and just right. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. It seems that there is no environment for tea tasting, and tea tasting can only become drinking.

Finally, I dragged my feet and finally reached the top of the henhouse. I sat on the cool rock, tired, greedy for that little coolness and the beautiful scenery overlooking the top of the mountain, and I didn't want to stand up for a long time. My friend was not much better, and he beat his waist and said with emotion, "I still can't climb the mountain for a long time." Life lies in exercise, and it is better to arrange some mountain climbing activities regularly in the future. " However, a few children who are stronger than adults are not tired at all, and still run around on the top of the mountain, shouting and jumping.
