Among them, the legal representative's change of registration must submit the legally binding audit report of the original legal representative. Amendments to the articles of association of foreign chambers of commerce shall take effect within 30 days from the date of deliberation and adoption by the general meeting or the general meeting of members. Foreign chambers of commerce shall, in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the articles of association, adjust their responsible persons and change their members, and shall file with the registration authority within 30 days.
How to apply for the chamber of commerce to set up a party branch?
Ask for instructions from the Street Party Working Committee where the Chamber of Commerce is located, and submit a written application for establishing a party branch (explaining the general situation of the Chamber of Commerce, the existing number of people in party member and the necessity of establishing a party branch according to the regulations of party constitution). 4. After the capital verification is completed, submit to the registration authority the report of the application for the establishment of the Chamber of Commerce and related materials, as well as the capital verification report;
5. Carry out preparatory work with the consent of the registration authority.
