There is no good disgusting body, there is good malicious action. Knowing good and evil is a conscience, and doing good and evil is a matter. What does this mean?

There are no good thoughts and evil thoughts, just a body. With good thoughts and malice, the heart is shaken, knowing what is good and what is evil is a conscience, and going to evil thoughts for good thoughts is to understand things.

This sentence comes from: Wang Yangming's mind.

As a school of Confucianism, the study of mind can be traced back to Mencius at the earliest, but it was initiated by Cheng Hao in the Northern Song Dynasty and Lu Jiuyuan in the Southern Song Dynasty, which is contrary to Zhu's Neo-Confucianism. In the Ming Dynasty, the word "mind learning" was first put forward by Wang Shouren (whose real name was Yangming, and Wang Yangming was his subordinate), and the purpose of mind learning was "to conscience". At this point, the theory of mind began to have a clear and independent academic context.

Among them, there are six people who are the most famous in the study of psychology. According to Huang Zongxi's Confucianism Case in Ming Dynasty, "Wang Xue, a famous scholar in South China, wrote books by Wang, Huang Wuyue, Zhu Dezhi, Qi Nanxuan, Zhou Daotong and Feng Jiangnan."

Psychologically speaking, conscience is the noumenon of the heart, and the absence of good and evil means a heart without selfish desires, which is the law of nature. In Lu Jiuyuan's uncivilized land, there is no good or evil, which is also the realm we pursue. It is "undeveloped" and cannot be divided into good and evil, so there is no good and evil.

When people have thoughts and activities, they add this kind of thoughts to things, and this kind of thoughts will be divided into good and evil. It can be said that it has been "developed", and things will be neutral, that is, they are in line with heaven, and those who are in the middle are good and those who are not in the middle are evil.

Although conscience has no good or evil, it is free to know good or evil, which is the ontology of knowledge; All knowledge and cultivation boil down to one point, that is, to eliminate evil by virtue, that is, to act according to one's own conscience.
