As follows:

How beautiful the scenery in the south of the Yangtze River is. I have been familiar with it for a long time. The sun rises from the river, making the flowers on the river brighter than red, and the green river is greener than the blue grass. How can one not miss Jiangnan?

Dreamed of the south bank

Author Bai Juyi, Tang Dynasty,

The scenery in Jiangnan is very beautiful, and the picturesque scenery has long been familiar.

When spring comes, the sun rises from the river, the flowers on the river are brighter than red, and the green river is greener than the blue grass. How can we make people not miss Jiangnan?

Appreciate Jiangnan

When he was a teenager, the poet once lived in the south of the Yangtze River, and when he was middle-aged, he served as the governor of Hangzhou and Suzhou. The beautiful scenery in the south of the Yangtze River left a deep impression on him, which he will never forget. In his later years in the north, he wrote many poems that missed Jiangnan, among which three poems "Recalling Jiangnan" were widely read.

They were written in the third year of the reign of Wenzong (838). At that time, the poet was about 66 years old and was working in Luoyang. What is recorded here is the first and the most wonderful one.
