Historical legend of Miaofeng pagoda

Miaofeng Pagoda is located in the east peak of Ma 'anshan, and its base is the former site of Miao Feng Temple. According to legend, if a woman can't have children, she will pick up pebbles and throw them at the top of the tower. If you can stay, you will be children and your children will prosper, so it is commonly known as the descendants tower.

Miaofeng Pagoda was built in the second year of Zhiping in the Northern Song Dynasty (1065), also known as Zhiping Building. It was rebuilt in the first year of Chongning (1 102). During Jiading period, the tower was demolished by governors. In the second year of Duanping (1235), after Sun Shunzhi's financial reconstruction, the words "Happy birthday to you, the emperor has no boundaries" were engraved on the tower, and the inscription "Huiju Temple Maanshan Miao Feng Stone Tower" ~
